Welcome to Sip - your all-day spot for coffee, coworking, and aperitivo. We’ve created a space where life flows naturally: start with a morning espresso, get some work done, and unwind later with drinks, food, and good company.

Our Story

Sip was founded by Andy, a Tuscan with a passion for good food, wine, and lively conversation. After moving to Leeds, he met his lovely wife Elise, originally from Ashbourne, while they both worked at a high-end restaurant. Together, they dreamed of a place that blends Italian warmth with Ashbourne’s local charm.

Now, Andy runs Sip with Elise’s support - sometimes joined by their Springador Toby - creating a welcoming, family-like vibe. Every detail, from the coffee and food to the drinks and décor, is carefully chosen to make you feel at home.
